I hereby apply to be appointed to the Cricket Southern Bayside (CSB) Umpires’ Panel and agree to make myself available for the days of play that I nominate and in all or any of the CSB Competitions– Men’s (Saturday and/or Sunday), All Women (Sundays only), Juniors (Fridays). The CSB covers the South East region of Melbourne and nearby suburbs. As much as possible, we appoint umpires to games that reduce the time they need to travel to games and their interests. The CSB supports our umpires by paying excellent match fees and will deduct the costs of registration from your first fee payment so that you will not need to pay any costs before the season starts. The registration fee also includes the cost of clothing appropriate to the level of game that you will be umpiring. I agree to: 1. Meet the expectations of how a CSB Umpire should conduct himself or herself, according to the guidelines included in this document. 2. Advise urgently if, at any time, there are circumstances that may prevent me from honouring this agreement.
 3. Maintain the dates of my availability on the CSB My Cricket website 4. Attend CSB Umpire meetings for training and information on the Laws of Cricket, Association Rules and for updates on any developments concerning the umpiring of games in our competition 5. Allow my contact details to be used for communications on umpiring matters only

Do you hold a Current Working with Children Card? *

(compulsory requirement to be registered as an umpire in the CSB) If you have a current Working with Children card, then please provide a photocopy of the front & back of your card. If you do not have one then you will need to obtain an Application Form from any Post Office and when you complete the form, tick volunteer and there will be no charge.
